I used to use the Intel , but bought a system that included the Bigfoot and swapped it for an Intel AC Since I use only an N router at the moment although my next router purchase will be an AC I’m sure and most likely within a year or two, before I replace my laptop , the only difference I notice between the and is the Bluetooth which I haven’t started using yet but intend to buy a mouse.
I’ve heard that Bigfoot is supposed to have lower latency so I’m thinking of swapping it out again to test drive for a bit to see if I notice any difference. The only driver I have for it is a disc for my Sager NP that reads driver version 6. XXXX don’t remember the numbers off of top of my head but that looks like a Win 7 driver to me and I’m on 8.
